Our purpose is not merely to address this issue today, but to develop an action plan for the future. Sustainable change requires time and commitment, and we are dedicated to taking a holistic approach with purposeful actions to promote racial equity and opportunity within our own walls, and in the local communities we support. This is an initial step of many to come in our commitment to creating change and we will share additional updates on our actions in the months ahead.
